Time To Buy in Summit County Colorado

How many times have you or someone you know looked back and said, "I wish I would have back then"?  It is time to get off that fence and it's time to buy. Those that have the capital to invest in a down recession are the ones that invested in the last one! The data shows that the average sale price in Summit County is only down 2.5% year-to-date.
