Breckenridge real estatein March 2011 is staying almost consistent with 2010 numbers. Which are signs that the Breckenridge real estatemarket is starting to level out and starting to recover. With just 3 days left in the month we are only 1 sale behind last year. So far this month we Breckenridge real estate has had 25 sales with an average sale price of about $809K.

The above chart shows the this year and the last two years and the average sale price of all properties in Breckenridge real estate. As you can see 2009 - 2010 we had a slow decrease in price and from December of 2010 we have seen a 14.% increase in sale price! There still great deals to be found! But don't wait to long! Prices may stay low this year but as the data is showing home prices are starting to go back up!

Over 1,180 properties sold in Summit County last year which is over a 10 percent increase from 2009!!! This a good sign that prices have stabilized and the market is starting to turn around!
