You may direct your marketing efforts to this link.   Please note that each county has a different basis for collecting recorded transactions.  The data is collected from Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Pitkin, Routt and Summit County Clerk and Recorder’s Office and Assessor’s Office. Grand County has just started collecting data. Since we just started obtaining the Grand County data, we do not have direct comparison numbers in some sectors, so until the end of 2011, there will be a few unknown values there.
