The Lighting of Breckenridge - Breckenridge Colorado
Starting at 11:00am on this Saturday, December 4th, the annual "Lighting of Breckenridge" begins! There are events happening all day until 8pm. Everything from free Hot Cocoa, Lighting tree, to Visits with Santa!! Below is a list of the events and times. This is a great time to bring up the entire family to Breckenridge and enjoy the holiday festivities and don't forget to hit the slopes of BreckenridgeSki Resort, which was ranked in the Top 10 this year by SKI Magazine!
Saturdays Events and Times:
11am - 8pm: Victorian Holiday Market
-Get into the holiday spirit with German holiday breads, hot chocolate, warm Gluhwein, and local entertainment.
12pm - 5pm:
- Ornament painting at Ready, Paint, Fire. 323 North Main Street
4:30pm:
FREE Cocoa, cookies and caroling at Subway, 305 N. Main Street
5:15pm:
- Tree Lighting in the Blue River Plaza
5:30pm - 7pm:
- Visit with SANTA CLAUS! Come to the Breckenridge Welcome Center, located right next to the Blue River Plaza. Share your Christmas wishes and get your picture taken with Santa!!!
6pm:
- Free concert with Grammy Nominee Randy McAllister
Get into the holiday spirit and bring your donations for the Summit County Cares Fund! They provide community assistance to families in need!
