Breckenridge Market Update - Breckenridge Real Estate
We are really starting to see good signs of a rebound in the Breckenridge Real Estate Market! Of course we have some really good "Data"that backs this up but what I'm excited about is the "Vibe"! The Vibe about Breckenridge real estate and all of Summit County for that matter is getting very exciting! Here at Ten Peaks Sotheby's International Realty, we are seeing an increase in prospective buyers, more showings are being setup from outside Realtors, not to mention we have more past clients coming to town and wanting to re-list there property which is a great sign that the market is getting better for sellers.
So buyers......NOW is the time to start looking! Most of the "Super Deals" are gone and prices are rising again! For For March 2011 we saw a 22% INCREASE in monetary volume compared to 2010 and 35% INCREASE in transaction volume! If that's not a good sign then I don't know what is!
